Yes, on these said boards, I have typed that I am shy 45% of time, but I am 55% more socially adept. In my view this is the correct mathematical configuration that I prescribe to.

Here's one technique that I learned from Hypnotica in terms of increasing one's self confidence and decreasing limiting self beliefs. Write down ten " I am" sentences. An example is, I am spectacular. I am an irresistible babe magnet. I am a worthy human being. These ten sentences are your self affirmations that you need to read and repeat to yourself that they will become apart of your subconscious mind and reap more fulfilling conscious actions and sentiments. Meditation is one of the ways that I keep myself fluid in life. I personally like meditate in the wee hours of night before I go to sleep in hopes of creating the best forthcoming day possible.
