Hey guys, I have started to notice that usually when im standing around I have a really mean looking face. I used to smile a lot more, but nowadays smiling feels really unnatural. Any ideas on what I can do to make myself look more friendly and approachable?

Wasn't sure the best place to post this. Recently I got the opportunity to join an Improv troupe. Having fun, haven't been before an audience yet. I watched the first performance last night and the group I'm with are very good. I think I can take a lot away from the experiences I am having.

I recently approached a friendly lady outside a shop whilst she was having a cigarette, is all I got from her was a full health report, she had this problem and that problem. Unfortunately I am not medically experienced. I just let her babble on. Is this the correct procedure or not?
